TRAINING FOR ADULTS
Midwest Athletic Performance tailors a program to meet your needs. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just live a healthier lifestyle, we can help. Our adult training offerings will also fit around your schedule. Training times range from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Saturday we are available by appointment. Lastly, our gym is built to handle private or group training. Group sizes range from 2 to 4 individuals.
Pricing varies depending on training sessions per month. For the best per session pricing, our monthly memberships are the most cost-effective option. We offer your first week of training free to ensure Midwest Athletic Performance is the right fit for you.
