Our training staff will customize a program for your athlete based on age, sport, position, and athletic skill level. We see athletes from all sports - baseball to softball to football to lacrosse. We also see athletes of all ages - from 8 to 28 years old. Our programming will coincide with your sport's season. For example, our in-season workouts will ensure you maintain strength and flexibility. Our off-season workouts will help you build strength and become a more explosive athlete.
Many of our athletes also work out with their respective high school team(s). We have programming that works along side your school's weight program. Not to mention, at MAP, our athletes train in smaller groups and work through a program specificially designed for them.
