4-Week Chest and Triceps Program

Phase 1

In Phase 1 of our Chest and Triceps Builder, we will rely on high reps and high sets of barbell bench press to set the tone for getting jacked.  From week 1 to week 4, you will see a steady increase in weight on your barbell bench as well as auxillary exercises such as dumbbell incline bench press and push-ups.  We will also go through a series of exercises that will burn and tone your triceps like you've never felt before!
