Midwest Athletic Performance's Adult Boot Camp is a great way to meet your fitness goals without the heavy weightlifting. Our Adult Boot Camp will benefit those who are new to fitness or simply looking for a change in their daily workout regimine. Learn more below!

*Classes will be offered Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 8:30 AM
*Classes will last 1 Hour
